I chose to become a professional boudoir photographer to shine your beauty back at you, because seeing ourselves through someone else’s lens is sometimes the best reminder of how wonderful, powerful, and stunning we are from the inside out. Body dysmorphia has been a driving factor in my life for a long time. My confidence was always low when I looked in the mirror and bounced into my jeans. Before I knew what boudoir was, I took photos of myself as a testament to my beauty. Taking those photos played a major role in my growing sense of empowerment and learning to accept my body and its changes over the years. To this day, I turn to my camera when I’m feeling icky and take bomb ass pictures to remind myself that I am beautiful in every shape and form I embody.
